Overview

  1. Server Setup

    1. Install Devin Server on your Development Server
    2. Optionally, install Devin Server on additional servers (like test or production). Save the API Key generated during installation.

  2. App Setup

    1. Install the Devin App
    2. Restart FileMaker Pro
    3. Open the Devin App, create a Devin account and connect to you Development Server
    4. Go to Settings to add your servers:
      1. For the Development Server, Click Install Script Schedule
      2. For other servers, enter the API Key
      3. Use Test Connection to verify the connection to FMS Admin API and Devin API.
    5. Create your first Project
      1. Add files and branch them for development
      2. Link production files
      3. Commit versions and release them to Production like a pro
